Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions – SmartPlaySense Training Plans 1. Monthly Booking: Sessions are booked as a monthly package (4, 8, or 12 sessions) and must be used within the same calendar month. Sessions do not roll over to the following month. 2. Cancellations: Sessions cannot be canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. If so, the session will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled. 3. Rescheduling: Each client is allowed to reschedule one (1) session per month, provided they notify at least 7 days in advance and subject to availability. 4. Punctuality: Clients are expected to arrive on time. Missed time due to lateness will not be recovered. 5. No Refunds: There are no refunds for missed or canceled sessions outside of these terms.
